To us, food is like an incredibly balanced, musical symphony of flavor and soul that you can eat. Our relationship with food changed when we stopped thinking of it as necessity and started to think about it as a lifestyle and passion. Because we can both get busy with our own lives, we find time to connect in the kitchen through creating, tasting, and experimenting together. We believe food is a never-ending canvas for creative thinking and exploration, and because it is such a significant part of a healthy life, our explorations have always been fueled by creating simple, natural, and balanced dishes.
